Winter Closure Information

All of the Stanford Medicine web platforms will be operational 24x7 during the holiday.

To report a critical outage or problem call 650-725-8000.

The web helpd esk will be closed from December 19 @ 4:00pm - January 5 @ 9:00am.  In-progress work and all non critial work will not be addressed until we are back.

Wiki Spaces

Wikis provide one place for your team to share, find, collaborate, and get more work done.  Our secure wiki option allows your team collaborat on PHI and other highly confidential content.

Forms & Surveys

Powerful forms and surveys are easy to build and manage via our cloud service.  Forms appear with Stanford Medicine branding and can be integrated with web sites, blogs, and wikis.

Online Video & Audio

Record and upload your video and audio with the ease of YouTube.  All files are encoded to play quickly at the highest definition possible by the network and device. The players work on all devices.


Blogs give you the opportunity to create frequent relevant content for your audience. Use this as a marketing tactic to drive traffic back to your website.  We offer a full blogging toolset to help you publish effectively

Event Registration

Provide online registration for any Stanford Medicine event, meeting, seminar, conference, non-curriculum course, or any other gatherings that need registration.
