Program Coordinator Assistant (PCA)

Position Detail:

The Program Coordinator Assistant supports the CSI Program Coordinator in day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, lab set up and take down, participant registration, transporting equipment, leading participants to various activities, audio-video set up, photocopying, distributing supplies, lunch set up and take down. This position is a part-time position.

Rising high school seniors or undergraduates are eligible to apply. Applicants will be required to provide a resume and two references, providing at least one academic or professional reference.  This position is only available during the 2-week summer sesssions of Stanford CSI.

Note: Candidates will have to complete a background check if offered a position. Candidates over who are 18 years of age and older will also need to complete LiveScan fingerprinting.

CSI Instructor

Position Detail:

CSI Instructors support the CSI Directors with various lectures, hands-on activities, clinical simulations, dissections, and more. Schedules are flexible throughout both 2-week sessions. This position is only available during the 2-week summer sesssions of Stanford CSI.

Medical students, interns, residents, fellows are eligible to apply.

Resident Advisor (RA)

Position Details:

The Resident Advisor (RA) is a live-in, paraprofessional staff member and is responsible for cultivating a safe and inclusive community experience for all CSI Interns (up to 10 participants) under age 18. The RA resides in the dorm with CSI Interns, serves as a role model and commits to being on-site from 4:00PM to 9:00AM on weekdays and is on duty 24/7 on the weekends. In addition, RAs are expected to do the following: know and abide by University policies including but not limited to the Guidelines for Programs with Minors, the CSI Code of Conduct, the Controlled Substances and Alcohol Policy, the Smoking Policy, the Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault policies; be responsible and professional community leaders; and exercise common sense and mature, good judgement in their interactions or relationships with CSI Interns.

Interested applicants must be 21 or over and have prior experience as an RA or in a similar capacity. One female and one male RA will be hired. Applicants will be required to provide a resume and two references, providing at least one academic or professional reference. This position is only available during the 2-week summer sessions of Stanford CSI.
