Theranostics Cover: Instant labeling of therapeutic cells for multimodality imaging

New research from the collaboration between the Daldrup-Link Lab, Pratx Lab, and the team of Todd Sulchek at Georgia Tech University has been selected for the back cover of the July 2020 issue of the journal Theranostics.
The article, "Instant labeling of therapeutic cells for multimodality imaging", describes that their labeling of therapeutic cells with a new microfluidic device does not require any chemical intervention, therefore it is broadly and immediately clinically applicable. Cellular labeling using mechanoporation can improve our understanding of in vivo biodistributions of therapeutic cells and ultimately improve long-term outcomes of therapeutic cell transplants.
